Camilla Bains

Camilla Bains is the communications and stakeholder engagement associate for Inclusive Design for Employment Access (IDEA).

Prior to joining the IDEA social innovation lab, Bains worked in public relations and journalism with a focus on social justice, policy reform and international relations. An experienced communications specialist, engagement strategist and content creator, Bains has a demonstrated history of working in television, radio, digital and social media industries.

With IDEA, Bains is working to encourage employers to adopt inclusive and accessible standards to create a welcoming workplace for all.
