Carolyn Minnick
Carolyn Minnick is a research analyst at the Institute for Work & Health (IWH). She joined IWH in August 2022 and is working primarily with Dr. Monique Gignac on the Accommodating and Communicating about Episodic Disabilities (ACED) project.
Before joining IWH, Minnick worked at the University of Guelph doing institutional research, where she honed her interests in survey design, measurement methodology and data visualization. She has a strong interest in public health, particularly in the social determinants of health, population health and epidemiology.
Minnick holds an MSc in public health and health systems, as well as a bachelor of public health—both from the University of Waterloo.
