Abstract

To address the burden of musculoskeletal injuries, SH&E professionals must be informed about the scientific evidence that leads to ergonomic best practices. However, the large number of published ergonomic studies makes it difficult to keep up with the evidence and link it to best practices. Systematic reviews, such as those conducted by the Institute for Work and Health Prevention, are one way to link science to practice
