Victoria Nadalin
Victoria Nadalin is a quantitative research analyst at the Institute for Work & Health, skilled in health research and manuscript preparation.
Since joining the Institute in 2018, she has worked on various projects, including branches of the Ontario Life after Work Injury Study. Currently, Nadalin is working with Dr. Faraz Shahidi on a project which examines the job quality of injured workers in Canada, using data from the Longitudinal and International Study of Adults, and with Dr. Peter Smith on a project which examines how dimensions of workplace diversity, equity and inclusion and psychosocial conditions at work relate to the experience of severe anxiety among firefighters in Ontario.
Nadalin holds a master's in human development studies from Laurentian University, has joint health and safety committee (JHSC) certification, and a professional certificate in Knowledge Translation from the SickKids Learning Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, Nadalin worked in cancer prevention research at Cancer Care Ontario.
