Fareena Khan
Fareena Khan is the office manager at the Institute for Work & Health, managing the day-to-day aspects of the IWH office. She is also assisting with various projects led by Institute scientists.
Khan originally joined IWH in 2019 as the national project manager for the XXII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work, an international conference co-hosted by the Institute that took place in September 2021.
Prior to joining IWH, Khan worked with eHealth Ontario, Parachute Canada and two Ontario health and safety associations. Her work focused on corporate governance and management of boards of directors. Khan holds a bachelor's degree from York University, a project management certificate from the University of Toronto, and a legal and corporate administration graduate certificate from Seneca College.
