OOHNA 48th Annual Conference and Exhibition

The Ontario Occupational Health Nurses Association (OOHNA)'s annual conference, Keeping Workers Well 2019, offers keynote speakers, break-out sessions, optional workshops, a trade show and an evening networking event.

Opening the conference is Ontario Ministry of Labour’s Chief Prevention Officer Ron Kelusky, who will speak about the ongoing prevention initiatives undertaken by the ministry and its occupational health and safety partners to ensure healthy and safe workplaces for all Ontarians. Sessions and workshops are tackling topics such as infection prevention and control, cannabis in the workplace, mental health in the workplace, mindfulness, resiliency, new legislative requirements, the new MSD Prevention Guideline and cognitive job coaching as a return-to-work strategy.
