Kate Lamb, Chair

Kate Lamb is a lawyer with extensive executive experience leading a wide range of functions, including strategic planning, governance, risk management, information technology, client service, communications, human resources, policy development, legal services and procurement.

She was previously the chief operating officer at the Law Society of Ontario, the chief corporate services officer at Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the director of Employment and Labour Policy and Program Development at the Ontario Ministry of Labour.

Lamb received her BA (Hons) at Carleton University and her LLB at Queen's University. She is actively involved with the post secondary community, local arts and culture and, nationally, with First Nations communities.
