Marta Pienkowski

Martha (Marta) Pienkowski is a research analyst at the Institute for Work & Health (IWH). She joined IWH in February 2024 and currently provides research support to Dr. Peter Smith and Dr. Monique Gignac. Her research areas focus on quantitative research, relating to the psychosocial work environment and mental health.

Pienkowski holds a master's of public health degree in epidemiology with a specialization in addiction studies from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. She also holds a bachelor of science degree with a specialization in comparative physiology and a minor in psychology from the University of Toronto.
