Lahmea Navaratnerajah is a research associate at the Institute for Work & Health.

Since joining IWH in March 2021, Navaratnerajah has been providing project coordination and research support to Dr. Monique Gignac on the Accommodating and Communicating about Episodic Disabilities (ACED) partnership grant which focuses on working towards sustained employment for persons with episodic disabilities; and Dr. Arif Jetha on evidence syntheses projects focused on various topics such as race and return-to-work, job quality and career advancement.  

Navaratnerajah received her master’s degree in public health from City, University of London in London, England. She also holds a master’s in exercise science (specializing in yoga therapy) from Annamalai University in India, and a BSc in human biology and mental health from the University of Toronto.
