Wayne Tung

Wayne Tung has over 20 years of experience encompassing audit, finance, consulting, and enterprise risk management. He has worked in various industries providing risk management leadership and expertise.

Tung is currently the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at the Computershare Trust Company of Canada. He is part of the company’s global internal audit leadership team responsible for the management of the internal audit practice and risk management.

Prior to joining Computershare, Tung articled at Ernst & Young in public accounting. He has worked at leading publicly traded companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) consulting practice.  At PwC, he provided expertise in various audit areas including operational risks, regulatory compliance, and information technology audits, as well as in enterprise risk management. He served clients in various industries including government, hospitals, utilities, financial institutions, technology, pharmaceutical, and mining.

Tung holds CPA, CIA, CISA, and CFE designations. He received his bachelor of commerce (honours) from the University of Windsor.
