Return-to-work (RTW) is a complex process that depends on the coordination of different stakeholders. In May 2009, the Institute for Work & Health developed Red Flags/Green Lights: A Guide to Identifying and Solving Return-to-Work Problems to help decision-makers identify and manage RTW problems. But has the guide been useful for stakeholders? If so, how? And has it been useful in different ways for different stakeholders? This report shares the findings of a study looking at the use of the guide among RTW decision-makers.
